At JASADA K9 we train dogs for various reasons.

What training methods do we use?
The quick answer is that we can use them all. Every dog is different and we can adapt training methods to suit each dog and handler. The general principals of dog training stay the same although methods can vary and there are many many methods of dog training used around the world today. We have gained vast experience within both pet and working dog training and have established an array of dog training methodology to provide successful results.
Our training programs are based on knowledge of canine bahaviour and training principals. We generally begin training with positive reinforcement based methods which are used to establish trust and guide the dog to understand what actions we require from command. We further create reliability and resposibility through gentle corrective and reward based training. We provide balanced training that creates trust and understanding between dog and human.
